- Generar el intercambio multidisciplinario entre artistas.
- Promover el cruce entre el arte, la comunicación y otras prácticas y saberes.

Para ello tiene como base 3 áreas:
- Área Residencia Artística
- Área Investigación
- Producción & exhibición
